Oven Roasted Ranch Potatoes

Scrumptious Sunday Ninth Edition:Potatoes

Oven Roasted Ranch Potatoes

(so easy and delicious)

Ingredients

3 lbs. red potatoes, the small ones
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 cup olive oil
2 tsp. butter – melted

Directions

Rinse and half potatoes, no need to peel them. Place in a 13×9 baking dish. Mix oil, butter and dressing. Pour over potatoes and toss. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
