I started uploading pics to an image hosting site, but then I figured out how upload pics directly in your posts and click edit and it will give you the url of the image. If the image is in bitmap form, I open the image using microsoft office picture manager and click file~then export~then on the right export with jpg format and click ok~then re-save pic.
